When will you ship my order?
We ship orders quickly! Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation.

What are the shipping times?
Standard international shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Please note: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days before shipping, depending on current demand.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days depending on your location and unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a secure tracking number by email. You can check your order’s status anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation.
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages.
Tracking information may take up to 72 hours or more to update after dispatch, depending on the shipping carrier.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your package.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
Please note: Some of our warehouses are located overseas. Returns must be sent to the warehouse address provided by our customer service team, and return shipping costs will apply depending on the product’s size and weight.
Refunds
Refunds to credit cards or PayPal may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider’s processing time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
